though is a sick liver.
Liver not only filters
all the toxins but also fights all viruses which attack the
body.

The liver usually
repairs all the damages between 11 pm and 3 pm. So when you
sleep later than 11 pm or have supper two hours before
sleeping, especially with a diet that is high in cholesterol
content and rich in fats, the liver does not get time to rest
and repair.
It is best to eat some fruits or
vegetables if you are very hungry before bedtime. Meat takes
usually 4 hours and meat cooked in oil takes about 12 hours to

detrimental to liver health include: food-preservatives, food

While western
medicines are bad for the liver, Chinese medication is
detrimental for the kidney, which can be rectified with white

The time between 9 and
11 pm is the best time to go to sleep especially for people
who are sick or in a recovery stage. Liver needs lots of rest.
If you use eye-cover at night, use cotton only, and not any
cover made from rubber or latex.

for the liver. Canned or packed foods do not contain any of

prone to health problems affecting their liver, heart and
digestive system. This is because they eat a lot of meat and
foods rich in cholesterol and fat.
Too much meat or foods
rich in fat can lead to various gastric problems.
